8/21/2010  · Comparing the view through the 13mm Ethos and the 35mm Panoptic confirmed one of the advantages of a shorter focal length and a wider field cf. the other way round. The sky was much brighter with the Panoptic and the contrast much enhanced (as expected of course) in the Ethos .

5/4/2017  · Bought used TV Ethos 13mm …but there is a problem – posted in Eyepieces: I bought this from a shop that some of you probably know. I knew it was in used condition and requested pictures to check for blemishes. The retailer sent some pictures and said that they couldnt see any problems with it. Yet, when I opened it up, I immediately saw this obvious damage to the lens coating.
