Glow dreaming vs Aroma Snooze : Has anyone used either of these? Do they really help with sleep? Both my 9.5 month old and 2 year old are waking multiple times a night. 8/14/2019 · Not buying it specifically for the claims it helps with sleep, just think the are a cute alternative to night lights and come in handy when colds hit (both diffuse oils). The glow dreaming has cute print sleeves which would match ds’s room perfectly where as the aroma snooze is plain solid colour.
